In fact, there are many parties, especially in the summer, which are organized in the park between good food, themed aperitifs and DJ sets. Organize an event for 500 people, have parking, indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for hosting everyone, a view and a relaxing environment in the shade of centuries-old lime trees (hence the name of the hotel/restaurant), have a tailor-made service but, at the same time, feeling at home is the possibility offered by the structure. CONSTRUCTION FEATURES, METRICS AND INSTALLATIONS: BEARING STRUCTURE development in elevation through brick walls in brick in the perimeter and in reinforced concrete for the central area and horizontal development through floors in brick and reinforced concrete. COVER ground, first and second floor with brick tiles and third floor with tarred sheath.
