The building consists of a load-bearing structure in reinforced concrete infilled by walls in Poroton blocks of the Blok 30/700 type isolated on the outside of the face of the masonry with panels of Greypor GK 800 synthesized polystyrene with a thickness of 40 mm. Inter-floor slab made of latticed beams and pignattes with cast-in-situ reinforced concrete slab insulated with expanded polystyrene in slabs obtained from 40 mm thick blocks. Roof slab made of trellis beams and pignattes with cast-in-situ reinforced concrete slab insulated with expanded polystyrene in slabs obtained from 120 mm thick blocks. Internal fixtures covered in solid wood with double glazing, external fixtures in aluminum, entrance door made of national walnut, underfloor heating system powered by natural gas, predisposition for the intercom. Flooring: single-fired tiles have been installed in the living area, while in the sleeping area there is a choice between parquet or other types of flooring as per specifications, at the choice of the purchasing customer. The underfloor heating system will be powered by a wall-mounted condensing boiler and distribution will be via floor manifolds controlled by zone thermostats. The plant was designed to operate at low temperatures. The underfloor system consists of a preformed, heat-insulating panel for radiant underfloor heating, in EPS 200 sintered expanded polystyrene (complying with UNI EN 13163) covered with eco-friendly high density laminated polystyrene film (30 Kg/mc). The pipe is in cross-linked polyethylene with an anti-oxygen barrier in EVAL (ethylene vinyl alcohol). Predisposition for the solar thermal system which can increase the efficiency of the heating system. The channels and downspouts are made of copper. The private gardens are all enclosed with concrete draft walls plastered on both sides with lime and gypsum-based plaster. Above the walls there is a galvanized iron railing. All accesses to the individual villas, both pedestrian and vehicular, are paved with stones. On the north side of the villas, a condominium penetration road will be built, paved with draining self-locking blocks, on which private parking spaces will be arranged.
